The Mendify Digital Planboard makes planning very easy. Tasks are retrieved from your backend system or entered into a local job database. They then appear in a separate window where you already sort them. Scheduling is done by drag and drop, while at that point the predefined rules are applied. The necessary checks are done in real time.

Sign-off in the Digital Plan Board can be done manually or through integration with the process where an operator or machine provides notifications of completion of activities. Scheduling feedback to your ERP or other solution also ensures these systems remain up-to-date, allowing synchronization with things like transportation and any affected parties to receive instant notifications.
